ABOUT
Cenorin has a history of innovation that dates back many years. Our founder, Richard Radford, began addressing unmet needs for important clinical issues starting in the 1970s. Not only did his early efforts improve patient safety, they added significant economic value to the delivery of healthcare. Subsequent innovations have become the accepted standard of care throughout the world.

Mr. Radford’s continuous technical improvements in drying technology resulted in the recent launch of the 50 Series medical dryer systems, featuring advanced capabilities and greatly enhanced drying throughput.
1960-1990
Mr. Radford, a Director of Respiratory Therapy, developed a prototype cabinet to dry respiratory devices after cleaning – and created a better way to dry all types of medical devices. He subsequently formed HR Inc. and developed and commercialized a drying cabinet. His innovative efforts continued with creating a digitally controlled thermal washer/high-level disinfector, which launched in the U.S. in 1985 and international markets in 1990.
1990-2010
HR Inc. became Clear Medical as Mr. Radford began researching and advocating the potential for reprocessing single-use devices. When FDA regulations allowed a third-party company to reprocess single-use devices for hospitals, Clear Medical received 510(k) clearance for reprocessing and experienced rapid growth. Mr. Radford then formed Cenorin, manufacturing and selling all our products and services under the new brand.
2010-Present
Cenorin focused on developing more advanced drying technology, creating the innovative LD100, the first lumen-drying device designed specifically for robotic arms. Further research led to the creation of the next-generation
50 Series Drying Cabinets and the LD200 Lumen Drying Accessory for high-risk flexible scopes and robotic arms. Having made significant technological improvements, Cenorin refocused on sales and market development. The enthusiastic response of our first 100 customers underscored that Cenorin products improve productivity, workflow and user satisfaction.
